Tooth and Mouth Problems

My father had angioplasty 2 years ago.Now he is suffering from toothache.His molar tooth is affected.He was suffering from toothache 1 month ago but it lasted for a week then disappeared. But from yesterday night the toothache returned.If tooth extraction needed then he needs to stop blood thinner.But his cardiologist suggested not to stop blood thinner more than 2 or 3 days as he had TVCAD ( Really severe blockage) and he also told him to continue aspirin daily.Now what should he do if tooth extraction needed?

I brush twice a day morning and night I work for night shift work out every day But still have foul smell

Please refer to picture! I have this subconscious chronic cheek biting since more than 2 yrs ! I have shown myself to many dentists, unfortunately no one was able to help ! I have got my third molar extracted, iam regular with scaling polishing and other dental hygienes, there is no sharp edge or tooth creating possible injury , iam also on top of my dental procedures, so there isn't any chance of anything going unnoticed.. i've got many xrays/ opgs etc ! Even used a mouth gaurd ! But nothing could help me so far! I get this weird irritation trigger anytime during the day and i start gnawing/ chewing this fav spot in my cheeks.. it occurs anytime ( no particular trigger) i apply some gel on it and it goes off in sometime.. than for some days i feel okay and then again boom ! Iam sick and tired of this.. what do u think i shud do? Dentists say there isn't any cause ! Then why such chronic cheek consicous behaviour? Like u can see in picture.. the linea alba gets raised, red !

Sir, I have been talking multivitamins of gen c company...I searched a bit on internet and found out this might be the cause.how can I get rid of black marks and stop it frm forming. Also I have been using close up tooth paste.if u can prescribe a better tooth paste that will be better. Ps. I have attached the pic..the marks are mostly on the front teeth. Thank you 🙏🏻😊

Need help in making a decision. Went for a teeth cleaning( he didnt clean the surface of the molars properly) and dr. said that I need filling on 2 first  upper molars. He suggested I do Xray for wisdom tooth impaction. The Xray showed an impacted wisdom tooth which I removed a week later. But in the Xray no molar cavity was found yet on my tooth I could see black spots with no sensitivity at all. Should I go for filling(if yes then what kind amalgam/composite)as the dentist suggested or should I wait since the cavity is small and chances are there to remineralise it?

I have been suffering from night time bruxism since last 1 yr or so . Are there any treatments to cure this problem . Will mouthguards help me with this ? Suggest if any.

Hi, I was prescribed Ketorol 10 mg for toothache by my dentist. I took it for less than 5 days, and it's been over a week since I stopped taking it altogether as the pain had subsided post treatment. However, over the last couple of days, I began to develop some mouth ulcers. Initially, I thought they might be because of the dental instruments as they started developing post my third visit to the dentist, Google told me that mouth ulcers are amongst the side effects of Ketorol. However, what worries me is the more severe side effects listed online, like weight gain, etc. Kindly let me know whether this is just the internet exaggerating or should I be really worried? Thank you.
