Extracted right side upper 2nd upper molar recently and able to breathe in the right side of nasal and sometimes I able to feel the mucus entering from nasal to throat in the right side. Is this something I need to check with dentist or should I consult ENT

I have a white patch on your tongue that doesn't go away or remove. It's at the tip of my tongue and side of my tongue. Spicy foods and menthol cause stinging or burning sensation. I also experience dry mouth, throat, and thick phlegm. Feel a little sore under my tongue when I raise it and move the tongue. I did research on Google, but it was giving some scary answers.
