Tooth and Mouth Problems

Having major pain in wisdom teeth because of cavity. Having severe pain in the tooth. Tried with fitkari water as well. Had pain killer twice but no impact. What can I do to relieve from the pain. Please answer fast, its urgent.

I have been patanjali toothpaste since last 3 4 months. 3 times/ week. Is it known for discoloration of teeth (making teeth darker)?

1 year ago my jaw tumor removal along with impacted wisdom tooth Last check xray checkup September 2023 Does this pain related vein healing or i have to recheck once I am very worry about it. Hi, I had used braces 5years back and was fine until 2 years back. Now I'm getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months because of tartar formation. Doctor said it's because of bacteria and said no permanent cure for this except repeated cleaning. I want to know if there is a permanent solution to stop this repeated tartar formation. It annoys to get teeth cleaned even after brushing teeth properly. Attached a photo for reference.

My brother last month had wisdom teeth removal. He going to get RCT for two teeth. But suddenly gap created between first and second molar upper both side . Which made him stressed and food getting lodged there when he removed it with flossing blood is coming. So he didn't take solid food and lost 18 kg in 10 days and went in to depression.
