Wisdom teeth needs extraction and depending upon your mouth opening dentist who is treating uwill decide what to do .
We can give only suggestions but the dentist who is treating u can only decide what he can do with 2 finger mouth opening.

Hello patient,
From the report it is advice to go for removal of root pieces 18,28,48.
Before that go for root canal treatment of teeth in upper and lower tooth region if you have pain and sensitivity. If there is no pain then you can go for filling of that tooth(ask the dentist).
Next for wisdom tooth if there is pain then go for removal or else go for follow ups.
As you have 2 finger mouth opening and you have habit then firstly quit the habit and then by consulting with nearby dentist you can go for the mouth opening treatment as well.

Hi,
The root stump, teeth # 18, 28 and 48, need to be extracted. The dental caries, teeth # 27 and 36, can be treated with root canal treatment. The impacted tooth # 38 can be extracted if you are symptomatic.
