I have pale yellow skin in retromolar trigone region since last 1 month and feeling something sticking with it

How much overlap should be between teeth 5)I think once my filling remove from upper teeth , my teeth more overlap 6) last question don't you think in most of Google photo, lower bracket should also be visible Srry for too many questions

When eating mutton and hard food it's getting lodged in between first and second molar upper teeth on both side. Experiencing this after wisdom teeth removal. I'm very much worried and stressed. Consulted dentist asked to do scaling and wait and watch doctor saying. But no cavity between the teeth. Please advise what should be done.
