Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi doctor I could see a painful white ulcer exactly in the parotid duct and slightly I could feel the swelling around the ulcer kindly suggest your opinion anything serious

I had lower right wisdom tooth surgically extracted 1 week back. Since the surgery was complicated, it would take time to heal as per doctor. Still on pain killers every 12 hours. But when the pain starts, my right mandible starts paining along with pain in the bone near the ears and forehead and I feel a burning sensation. Also the right area becomes stiff. Is this normal? How many days will it take to heal?

I am having a swollen lump kind of on the inside side of my cheeks. I think it maybe a result of contraction from my wisdom tooth(this was told initially ) by the doctor. But now he is suggesting it's a cyst and must be operated. Though it does not pain What to do?

My father underwent angioplasty 2 years ago. Now he is going through root canal as he had a severe toothache.But the dentist did not give any antibiotics.Tomorrow it is the last sitting of him.Should he ask his dentist for antibiotics? I am afraid as he had TVCAD. Without antibiotics can anything serious happen?

After wisdom tooth extraction happened since two years ago. still causing jaw pain and discomfort. right side ear and headache. while brushing teeth causing pain and discomfort only right side last teeth region. slowly able to chew food. could not able to open mouth flexible. almost consider many dentists and ent surgeon in personal. they are telling only tmj. only softer foods and should not strain jaw muscles. only warm compress

My pair of wisdom teeth was extracted 6 days ago on 25th june as the lower one had cavity and was paining. The surgery was complicated since the tooth was under the gum, involved gum incision and bone trimmed and took 1.5 hours to get that extracted. Got sutures, and it is to be removed on 10th day. I have been on pain killer Ketorol Dt for 2 days and Aceclo sera for 5 days now. But still the pain is not reducing. If I dont take pain killer in 12 hrs, it starts paining from my tooth area to the eyes to the forehead and becomes stiff. Had a review yesterday and the dentist told its healing well , to continue warm saline rinses and since the surgery was complicated, it will take some more time to heal as jn usual cases, pain reduces in 5-6 days but I am an exception. My question : Is the pain normal after 6 days? Till when can we take pain killers? When can I return to my normal life having normal food ? Please help.

I got a titanium dental implant on my bottom second molar 6 years ago. I ate popcorn 5 days ago and since then experienced soreness n mild pain there. Finally when I touched it, it was shaking I visited my dentist and they take an X-Ray and were surprised to see the Implant was fractured. My doc says the bone around it is intact and it’s shocking how it still got fractured despite that. Any idea why a dental implant would fracture without a proper cause? (Attached the Xray pic)
