Tooth and Mouth Problems
Teeth Grinding and clenching while awake
My father is 83 years old and a patient of dementia since last 4 years.
Last 5 months he has been completely bed ridden with no movement. In the last few weeks he has started grinding and clenching of teeth while he is awake. This mostly starts in the evening.
Since he no longer speaks, it is difficult to understand the reason. Also there is visible decay of his front teeth at the root.
What could be the possible reason, is it due to pain? And is it possible for the dentist to remove teeth at home if at all required since it is difficult to bring him to the clinic. Kindly advise.

Still having pain 2days after root canal
Had my root canal treatment for my lower molar tooth cavity 2days back and having ketorol DT 10mg tablet twice a day, but pain is still there around the root canal treated tooth. But doctor told me that the debris in the cavity has been removed and now the tooth is dead so u can't feel any pain even on touching the tooth so the pain may be due to some tissue or nerve touching near that root of the tooth. I'm in confusion and irritated with the pain all the day. Even painkiller not helping .

Sensitivity in adjacent tooth after rct
I had my wisdom tooth removal on 10th May and then went for root canal treatment for my infected molar tooth next to wisdom tooth. On 20th may 3rd sitting of rct , I felt severe pain during RCT treatment though local anesthesia has been given. Doctor confirmed with xray during and after RCT that there is no debris in cavity site of the molar tooth.after rct my pain not subsided, it not like pain before RCT but it's moderate pain and more like irritation and sensitivityon the adjacent tooth and upper molar tooth.. On 23rd may sensitivity relieved somewhat on day time but pain again comes after eating meals and then again sensitivity pain started 24th May early morning 3.30 . But the pain/sensitivity intensity is low compared to last two days.. it's been 4days still sensitivity adjacent to the RCT treated tooth and upper line molar tooth .ó Kindly clarify whether it's problem for concern or not.
Attached digital OPG xray took before the whole treatment.
