Tooth and Mouth Problems

I'm having an extra canine tooth in my lower jaw and because of it when I eat food it touches my tongue. Its slightly positioned in an oblique direction and not in a straight row with other teeth since childhood. When I got new permanent teeth. So what should I do to make it parallel with them? And straightening of teeth?

I had a root canal 1 year back, now it started paining again, the pain was unbearable So i consulted the doctor, he took the xray and said there's reinfection and we have to do re root canal While i consulted another doctor in the morning they suggested that the tooth needs to be removed, re root canal won't help Should I get the tooth removed or try re root canal I have no doubts on the experienced doctors but i don't want to lose a tooth and just taking a suggestion

My doctor prescribed night guard for my teeth joint issue. I am using for past one month. Just cleaning with normal water and using every night. Should I clean with toothpaste and brush

Swelling in teeth with mild pain for last one week. No other issues with teeth. Experiencing swelling in gums.

I got implant removed and after 5 days I got a bone spicule which was paining dentist told that I could get better on its own, after a week pain reduced and now I cannot see it might be possible that I swallowed it will it cause any Harm?

A bump has emerged on the inner cheek walls just parallel to the wisdom tooth extraction site. Had my tooth surgically removed before 10 days and stitches are to be removed tomorrow. Dear Sir/ Madam I have tiny dead tooth which there is no sensation or pain. So can it will be harmful in the future or is it alright? Plz suggest some home made remedy for the betterment of my teeth. With Regards Pintu Hela
