What I can make from the picture is that the gums are swollen which would require scaling and polishing. Please maintain proper oral hygiene and do not use any toothpicks to flush out the food lodgements.

You must immediately opt for an ultrasonic scaling by a dental professional. Expect some minor bleeding while the procedure is done, rest assured it is normal. Post scaling, kindly avoid having extreme hot or cold beverages for a few days.

Hello ,
The picture should also be taken from the backside of the teeth/ tooth .
Bleeding seems to be between the teeth
1) The stains are evident in the picture , though stains alone do not cause bleeding of the gums , but generally teeth / tooth do have hard deposits tooth ( which is the main reason) as the gums become sensitive & inflamed
2) can be due to some food lodgement ( fibers) in the gums also
Next Steps
1) kindly visit a dentist and get the teeth cleaning done . ( this the least you should do )
and follow the oral hygiene regime provided by the Dentist

2) be gentle while brushing, use soft toothbrush
3) Do warm saline rinse ( 4-5 times)
4) Use ornigreat gel ( topically) And massage gums.
