You need to be patient with your post op recovery. The pus has been drained, don't keep prying and playing with the mass. Leave it alone and it shall resolve in a matter of few days.
Next Steps
Apply cold compress on your cheeks 2-3 times a day. Rinse with lukewarm saltwater 3 times a day after meal (breakfast, lunch & dinned).

it will resolve with time ,till then do cold compression with icepack for 48 hrs and do warm salt water rinses 2-3 times a day.

Hello Your concern is valid, but when abscess is drain there is still some hard elevation is feel which resolve by the time. Suppose a dentist drain your pus today then do cold copression with icepack from outer side  of your cheek for 48 hours like 2 days 3-4 times. After then do warm water with salt gargle 2-3 times a day. It will reduce gradually. If there is abscess then must be a underline cause also, so go for complete treatment process.

This is due to antibiotic given during the treatment which causes fibrosis around the abscess
