Tooth and Mouth Problems

Is fear of  going to a dentist real? I don't know if it's true but I'm definitely going through it.

Hi, I observed few small dots on both sides of inner cheek (buccal mucosa), on my husband, 29 years male. I have attached images of same, may I know what is the reason of it

I'm 35yr old female.. my left side last lower tooth and gum is paining for the two days.. tat teeth seems little bit inside the gum and it was very red colour.. when swallow or opening mouth it is very paining..

My teeth became brown for the last 10 days.I was advised to get them cleaned. I am handicapped and completely bed ridden. Can you provide a dentist to examine and clean my teeth.

Suffering from mouth ulcers from last 1 years, visiting many doctors during those period but getting relief from it.

Hi, I have a lump on my lower inner lip, it started with a small ulcer, however the ulcer got cleared in 5 days but then a lump was formed which still exists. It is not painful, but not vanished from past 8 days. Attaching few pics for reference.

Hi doctor We have observed that 3tooth got decayed for my son one tooth is bit more than other 2 and have taken to dentist he is telling that will cement but before to that want clean it but the name of equipment iam not aware but doctor is telling that it is too sharp if by mistake it will touch tongue it will get cut he told for that he told to bring kid to hospital 2 to 3 times so that he will be habituated for that so that he won't move while doing it.can you please suggest that is it the correct way to proceed iam scared for the equipment for cleaning as my kid will move for sure any alternative solution for it
