It's the pre-shedding mobility which is normal in kids.
It's not an emergency treatment if your child is doing fine. Mild fever is normal if it doesn't subside please do consult a dentist.

Mild fever is normal during teething. Warm saline rinses will help. If the pain is unbearable, he can take 1/2 TSP Ibuprofen 200mg SOS.

Hi it’s normal to hurt a bit during teething. If your child is uncomfortable. Please ask him to do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day. Also you can give Syrup. Flexon 1 tsp thrice daily.
