Not falling of milk teeth
My daughter is now eight years old. But her milk teeth are not replaced by the new ones. What could be the reason behind it. One new tooth is developing behind the lower front teeth. Will it replace the old one. The new tooth is not of proper size.

Replacement of milk teeth starts in 6 years of age. If not you have to take a x ray and find out the problem with a dentist.
