Dear Patient,
Thank you for sharing your wisdom tooth X-ray. Based on the image, I observe:
- Impacted wisdom tooth (lower right)
- Overlapping adjacent tooth
- Signs of bone resorption
My professional interpretation suggests:
1. The impacted tooth is causing surrounding tissue irritation.
2. There's a high risk of infection, cyst formation, or nerve damage.
3. Adjacent teeth may be affected due to overlapping.
Recommendations:
1. Extraction of the impacted wisdom tooth.
2. Pre-extraction evaluation (blood tests, medical history).
3. Post-extraction care instructions.
Benefits of extraction:
1. Relief from discomfort and pain.
2. Prevention of infection and potential complications.
3. Protection of adjacent teeth.
Risks of delayed extraction:
1. Increased risk of infection.
2. Nerve damage.
3. More complex surgical procedure.
Please schedule an appointment at Gupta Dental Clinic, Giridih, for further discussion and extraction.
Best regards,

Hello. Your xray shows an impacted wisdom tooth. That means it is slightly displaced from the position it should be in. In such cases, I recommend surgical extraction.
Next Steps
Surgical extraction advised. if not willing, then you should maintain good hygiene. including proper brushing twice a day along with warm water rinses.
Health Tips
warm water saline rinses will help with all the symptoms and maintain good hygiene as food accumulation around the tooth may cause infection.
As per this iopa
Short term treatment-maintain oral hygiene , dont let the food get stuck behind your this teeth, make sure to rinse thoroughly after having meals , followed by warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day.
If this can work then its thumbs up for you
But if its painful then u need to visit the dentist for complete removal of this tooth for permanent resolution to this problem
Next Steps
Do the upper short course for around 10days i believe it can resolve this problem.
Health Tips
just maintain oral hygiene , brush thorougly especially in the molar region, use mouthwash,as well as warm saline gargle , and dont let the food stuck in or around the tooth
Hi
As per your xray . Your wisdom tooth is impacted and needs surgical removal. It’s better to remove that tooth as early as possible. If you have pain radiating to your ear region and pain while opening your mouth, then you need to take antibiotics and let the infection subside and go for removal of that particular tooth
Next Steps
Consult oral and maxillofacial surgeon
Health Tips
Usually this tooth erupts between the age of 17-21 yrs, in your case there is no space for the tooth to come out and it is partially erupted.
Hello patient,
As per the xray the tooth is partially erupted or you can also say it is partially impacted.. the tooth is tilted towards the left side..
Next Steps
go for the extraction
Health Tips
if there is pain kindly avoid eating from that side.. and visit a dentist asap
