Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi Dr, I have left upper and lower which is worst and unbearable. Dr said this is because of left lower wisdom teeth and they have recovered but condition still the same and pain is unstoppable I can't take med all days as my pain is tooo much which I can't handle.. I am attaching xray also .. plz suggest something and I can get rid of this pain .

I got my wisdom tooth extraction..Wanted to know how many post surgery can i get back to my normal diet like whn cn i start eating solids & crunchy foods

Hello I removed wisdom teeth and next teeth were broken so dr suggest rct after fix together wisdom teeth and rct 1st seating after went to 2nd seating but i had problems opening mouth again dentist suggested me to come back in 5 day but i cant open my mouth properly again so i have question is it fine if i do delay 2nd seating because my mouth open only half so how long is validating to 2nd seating

My father had angioplasty 2 years ago.Now he is suffering from heavy toothache.His molar tooth is affected.If tooth extraction is needed,he needs to stop blood thinner. He is currently taking Ticagrelor 60 twice and ecosprin 75 after lunch.He did have TVCAD (severe blockage).His cardiologist advised him not to stop aspirin ever and the doctor also suggeted that he should not stop ticagrelor more than two days.Now what should he do if tooth extraction is needed?
