Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got a titanium dental implant on my bottom second molar 6 years ago. I ate popcorn 5 days ago and since then experienced soreness n mild pain there. Finally when I touched it, it was shaking I visited my dentist and they take an X-Ray and were surprised to see the Implant was fractured. My doc says the bone around it is intact and it’s shocking how it still got fractured despite that. Any idea why a dental implant would fracture without a proper cause? (Attached the Xray pic)

Hello Doctor, My dentist has prescribed me Ketorol tablet for toothache. Which antacid tablet can I take along with Ketorol to prevent acidity?

My brother is having so many ulcers(15 to be prescribed)in his mouth and they are very painful. He met so many doctors about it and take so many medicine and injections but still ulcers kept coming back .

Post filling sensitivity on that filled area when i chew semi hard to hard food for two months post filling. Sensitivity lasts around 3-4 secs. Attached post op xray. Please help

Hello Doctor, I frequently get cavities .. so one dentist suggested me to use toothmin toothpaste at night. And I daily morning use either closeup or colgate toothpaste which contains sodium fluoride. Is it OK with the morning toothpaste I'm using or please suggest a toothpaste? Thank you.

Hello Doctor, As a dentist when will you suggest to brush with toothpaste for kids - Is it immediately after the 1st tooth ( even if the baby is 10 months old)? And suggest a toothpaste for kids?
