I understand your concern , according to the information you shared , it looks like a case of pericoronitis , which is an infectious swelling n pain around the last molar tooth wich i need more clinical and radiographical picture to assess weather the teeth is fully erupted or not and to assess extend of infection and the tooth/root/bone condition around it . eitherway as its recurring multiple times ,you have to get rid of the tooth. i highly recommend you extraction of the tooth. but for now you need to take gram positive as well as a gram negative antibiotic along with mouth wash and pain killer . once the infection subsides. please consider extraction of the tooth to prevent a recurrent infection .

It may or may not be pericoronitis. Proper clinical and radiological examination is needed. Clearly 3rd molar either is not in proper position or there is lack of space for 3rd molar to erupt. Till then antibiotic course should be taken along with painkiller tablets.

Hello According to whatever you have mentioned, looks like it is called Pericoronitis which is due to infection and swelling of the gums around the wisdom tooth. It is advice to extract wisdom tooth in this case.

Complete the antibiotics course properly, with 2 days of antibiotics course there won’t be much change in infection but your doctor can change the analgesic (pain killer) if you let him/her know that your pain is not subsiding.Gums and surrounding area will be inflamed due to infection because of that you have difficulty in swallow and drinking water. salt water rinse can help you to an extend along with the proper antibiotics .consult maxillofacial surgeon.they may advice you to take an xray and removal of that infected tooth.
Next Steps
Consult maxillofacial surgeon and extract the tooth depending on the condition of tooth

It is due to improper eruption of your last molar. The gums around it must have been swollen which is causing pain, a condition called pericoronitis. Visit a dentist and get it treated clinically. The best treatment will be to go for extraction of your last molar so that it doesn't recur in future.

Hi, Take an X-ray OPG to know the position of the wisdom tooth. Better to extract the tooth.
