I am a patient of tmj disorder and as a result my doctor said to me to eat soft foods and some beneficial yoga exercise. Can you please make  daily routine for me for this condition and speedy recovery?

My dad is suffering from loose gums and his teeth are not having a strong hold onto the gums. He is suffering from very bad mouth odour too. Am attaching some pic. Pls help and guide. There is recurring dryness in the mouth, causing the skin to peel off in the mouth. This has been happening for a few months, also tried to cure it with Vit B tablets, but hasn't helped. Few times even ulcers have occurred in the mouth.

I had sensitivity in my tooth 6 due to some crack or break. My dentist had filled it and recommended Vantej toothpaste for a month. I want to ask if Vantej toothpaste is sufficient for routine brushing of teeths or do I need my regular toothpaste as well?

At first I would clench my teeth intentionally at the day or night most probably due to my misaligned teeth. After some time I felt some pain from my jaw joint. Now after many times of clenching I see my facial shape and my bite have been changed drastically. Also some sounds near my jaw joint, neck -back pain and tight jaw muscles are another symptoms. So what bad things can happen to my jaw joint? Is there any treatment? Please tell me some way to regain my facial shape? Please help me.

I have been experiencing regular bleeding from my gums since the last 4 years. I have consulted two dentists and undergone teeth cleaning and medication for gum swelling. Have also switched my toothpaste and change my toothbrush regularly.

Root cannal of the tooth has been done alredy.. doctor suggested for re root canal as the their is infection.. and in case the infection does not end.. the tooth need to be extracted... Do i prefer re root canal or direct extraction??
