Tooth and Mouth Problems

I think i m. Suffereing from temporomandibular joint disorder.. As per.. The symtoms coz my few days back while eating an apple i think i opened my mouth too widely and hence.. There is something wrong with my jaw.. What should i do.. As i m unable to chew my food properly accompanied by discomfort in my ears also... Please help..

I have swelling in gums and bleeding also so doctor advised me to have cleaning of teeth is there any side effects of it?

2 or 3 weeks back I had lill throat pain then, I bite a right back side of tongue n it was very difficult for me to swallow and eat,after tht it got ok and still m having swallowing difficult or pain in back right back side of tongue or Throat n I feel like swelling of neck on right side only ...even if I soak biscuit in tea n eat then also it'll pain in mouth ..what shd I do .. please help
