Mouth ulcer without canker sores

Having mouth ulcer from last 13 days, having swollen gums,burning sensation, softness all over in mouth. Took becosules for 10 days then started taking beplex forte applying kwik cool mouth ulcer gel also. It's not going away. Please suggest some medicines or gel to cure this.
