Tooth and Mouth Problems

While eating hard thing, my husband's tooth broke, a little part and then started bleeding. Upon asking he said no pain. When we went for an x-ray doctor said it's a fracture. I am a bit worried. Pls help. Pls tell me if the cost what he estimated is true.

I have a small pimple type lump on my right cheek, just above the lower jaw. It has been here since 5-6 months now, size neither decreases nor increases. Recently it has started to pain on touching.

I have dry lips problem from many days. I thought it causes because of dehydration but I drink around 3-4 litres water in day and it increases day by day. I take care of that my lips wouldn't say dry. Using lip care, moisturizer and increasing water intake I try to keep my lips wet but my lips skin is now not good condition and area around above lips become too dry and red. Kindly suggest what to do in this situation?

I think I have problems in tmj. I hear clicking noise. Also, when I clench my teeth and then keep my hands on my cheeks on the tmj and open it, there's a difference between the two muscles. And this has also led to facial asymmetry. What's the treatment so that both my joints function smoothly? Also, if I bite in a different position, my joint on both the sides feel even. Can braces help me get my tmj back in place and make both of the tmj function smoothly? I think I might have an overbite. Does overbite lead to difference in tmj muscles on both sides and asymmetry?

I have little gap in between teeth so I was thinking of getting braces. so, what is the cost for it?
