One of my molar had gone through RCT 1 year back because of nerve exposure. Now, suddenly I started feeling pain and sensations in my jawline, ears and headache as well. What could be the reason for this? Should I see a dentist?

Hi......Visit a dentist . It can be some other tooth which will be require a treatment. Any carious tooth or so, get an X-ray done for RC treated tooth as well.
Yes you must consult a dentist and get an X-ray done. It could be infection coming from an adjacent tooth or reinfection or fracture of the RCT treated tooth
