Tooth and Mouth Problems

Dear sir, I had a habit of tabacco chewing habit from 10 years, i have left this habit from six months, still i have a mouth opening problem and b12 deficiency

I am feeling cold on eating and drinking chilled food and beverag. With warm water nothing is such noticeable.

While drinking cold water and eating sweets mine tooth is paining much. Plse advice me to take care it. Not able to eat sweet and drinks cold water

I’m not able to eat hot and spicy food which i used to eat before as i have habit of chewing vimal pan masala i tried many times to stop chewing vimal pan masala but after one or two days i again start eating it i really want to completely stop eating pan masala but im not able to stop can you please help me in stopping this bad habit for ever permanently

Intermittent tongue ulcer and ear block noted. It's more in afternoon hours than forenoon. I also faced sharp teeth damaging tongue and treatment given. No problem in swallowing and eating
