For small salivary gland stones which do not cause pain you can wait and see if it comes out. You can loosen it by drinking lot of fluids to promote saliva production. Sucking on lemon or lemon drops increases saliva which may free the stone. You may gently massage around it to see if it comes out.
Health Tips
If it becomes painful or causes discomfort see an oral surgeon who can remove it.
