My daughter she is 5 years old her four teeth almost gone so what should we do . We checked with dr they suggest us route cleaning n caping

I have ulcers in my mouth under my upper lip since a few months. They keep coming on and off at the same two spot under my upper lip.  Which doctor should I consult for this? Any other suggestions on how to fix the problem?

I've been having tooth ache since past 1 week I have noticed 2 boils on the gum under the aching tooth White fluid comes out of it when it bursts open
