Bad breath
Pls tell how to get rid from bad breath it's ridiculous. Even I do gargle after the meals but then also bad breath is giving me a trouble.

First we need to understand the cause of bad breath. Most common cause of bad breath is tongue coating. The tongue has to be cleaned with a tongue cleaner everyday. Other causes are plaque and tartar formation, decayed tooth, food getting lodged, throat infection or other systemic problems. Visit a dentist to evaluate the cause. Get teeth cleaning and polishing done. Start cleaning the tongue everyday if you do not clean it. The problem will get solved easily.

Hello There are several reasons for bad breath. 1. Dental caries 2. Gum problems 3. Chronic Cough 4. Underlying medical cause like tonsillitis, etc. If u have caries or gum problems, it needs to be treated by visiting a dental surgeon. Brush your teeth twice a day using proper brushing technique. Preferably vertical strokes. If u are not allergic to mouthwash, use the following mouthwash for 15 days to gargle for 2-3 times a day. Listerine mouthwash. If u also have sensitive teeth, use Sensodyne mouthwash. If there is any medical cause, please visit your physician. Tonsillitis also causes a bad odour & needs to be treated.

Hello sir, the cause of bad breath is poor oral health maintainence... Need to general cleaning and polishing and if any decay is there fillings must be done... Complete the oral health treatment and start using chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily... Brush twice a day and use tongue cleaner... Because an uncleaned coated tongue is one of the main cause for bad breath... Keep your tongue clean..

Firstly get your scaling and polishing done from a dentist. Then proper home maintainence with twice a day brushing, flossing and mouthwash. If it still persists consult a doctor to rule out gastric issues like acidity or nose block/ sinusitis
