You have a localised gum swelling around the wisdom tooth that has partially erupted. You can apply dologel CT for temporary pain relief until you consult a dentist. Meanwhile do warm salt water gargles and keep the area clean to prevent food particles from entering that area and leading to an infection.
Next Steps

Health Tips
Brush or rinse thoroughly every time you eat something.

Hello sir.. It's a partly erupted wisdom tooth.. Because of that, food is getting impacted and making u pain and sometimes swelling.. It's better to get removal of that tooth by an oral and maxillo-facial surgeon.

Hi
The wisdom tooth is partly impacted inside the tissue and bone . Food impaction over that region makes more painful and inflamed . Best solution is to remove it as soon as possible . Take salt water gargle ,its a natural antiseptic. Apply pain out gel .
