Wisdom teeth start erupting at the age of 17-18. Since there was lack of space, the wisdom teeth have erupted in an abnormal direction. Most commonly, the upper wisdom molars they erupt more towards the cheek when the there is not enough space available to erupt.
1) Solution 1- u can get some coronoplasty done by a dentist (roundening of the sharp tooth ends) which might temporarily solve the problem
2) solution 2- if the wisdom tooth is too much towards the cheek, it’s better to remove it because wisdom teeth do not help in chewing at all and cause increasing problems with age

Get an X-ray done. If it is impacted best to remove it as it can damage an adjacent tooth also. For temporary relief the edge of the tooth can be rounded off to reduce the soreness of the cheek
Good morning sir
If it is so then you need to go for extraction of that tooth
As wisdom tooth is not required for chewing so you can go for its removal
