Tooth and Mouth Problems

I'm facing a issue of bad odour from mouth. Especially in the morning after I brush. I didn't get my tonsils removed and frequently find tonsil stones in my throat. Should this be a reason for the bad odour or there is any other remedy for this?

I recently got my teeth filling done but after the fillings pain and sensitivity is occurring and also I am not comfortable in chewing it feels that the teeths does not have any strengths. 2 fillings are done in upper right 6 And 8, and one filling in upper left 8 while one upper left 6 is temporarily filled as my doc said that I need to wait for one month as he has filled the teeth with calcium carbonate and if pain occur then I have to go through RCT.
