Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have yellow colour coated in lower part of tooth and two upper tooth as well. I do brush daily. I had once filled some tooth cavities (silver) by dentist. I don't drink or smoke. It is disappointing that I have this kind of tooth despite brushing. Please suggest me a treatment.

I have gap between my front 2 teeth (single gap of around 2-3mm). I want to get it permanently closed in few months. I don't want to opt for permanent braces as I am looking for a partner to marry and permanent braces won't be acceptable & won't look good on marriage & engagement functions. Is there any way by which I can have removable braces right from beginning of this treatment that I can remove occasionally (1-2 times a month). I am not comfortable with veneers. please help.

Please provide toothache remedy. Problem is for last 03 days. She started brushing in evening also and using mouthwash.

Both the sides of my lips are cut. I am neither on medication nor eating foods that produces heat. I apply regular moisturizer at night. Nivea or lakme peach milk. Should I use medicine? I have candid and Kailash Jeevan at home
