Hello sir, wisdom tooth is an extra tooth and it's not used for chewing purpose.... If it rains and troubles, the best solution is to remove it... Don't have to worry, its a simple procedure... It's safe to extract the wisdom tooth because once the pain has started, it may damage the adjacent tooth...

Do hot water gargles with salt 3-4 times a day. Take tablet dolo 650 for the pain. If it persists after a few days also then get an X-ray done and your dentist will advise you accordingly

Hi..... your Wisdom tooth seems to be impacted according to your statement. Visit a dentist , get an X-ray done, it will clarify the position of your Wisdom tooth. For the time being you can take some painkiller and do warm saline rinses. If the pain and infection occurs for more than 3-4 times in a year then it will go for extraction/ removal. Private consult for more info.
