Good morning Madam, As you are having unbearable pain you may take Tab. Ketorol –DT ( 0-0-0) (max 3-4 tab/day), But this will only give you temporary relief. As this condition arises frequently I would advise you to visit your dentist before your journey and go for a permanent solution.

Hi..... For the time being you can take Tab. Ketorol DT-2 tablets at once dissolved in a cup of water, if you have severe unbearable pain. But please visit a dentist after that, get an X-ray done. X-ray and clinical examination will determine the position of the tooth . He/ she will tell you the treatment plan.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist.

No before that you must consult with your dentist. Take an Xray and look at the diagnosis. He will suggest you the treatment plan. Do not indulge in self medications or take medications without proper diagnosis.

Yes you can take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac provided that you are not allergic to it and do not suffer from uncontrolled Asthma or stomach ulcers. It’s best to have your tooth removed if there is recurrent problems.

You can take a painkiller but if the pain is very severe there may be infection and you may require antibiotics. Get an X-ray done and your dentist will advise you accordingly
