Hello ma'am,
1. X ray and clinical examination
2. Properly erupted both upper and lower wisdom teeth and affected tooth is not very severely involved: rct
3. If not: extraction
Extraction is preferred over rct as the tooth may be of trouble later and it's function in the mouth is not very significant
Thank you
Next Steps
visit dentist for X-ray. u may share with practo consult to us and know the details
if proper space is ther near wisdom tooth u can undergo root canal treatment , which can save the tooth but if the space is very less the i would suggest extraction
Hloo Mam
For the wisdom tooth if its paining then you should go for its extraction as it is not required in eating
You can also practo consult us
Regards
Hello mam, wisdom tooth is an extra tooth which is not used for chewing purpose... It's better to extract it... Because there are chances it may damage the adjacent tooth...
