I have red spots on the roof of the mouth Is it mouth ulcer??? And some sore on tongue And by the way is it mouth ulcer on the roof of mouth??? Or anything else

I have been suffering from mouth ulcer and I am so worried about it that unfortunately it might lead to other serious diseases.
