Ulcers and sore throat
I got some severe ulcers in my throat as well as mouth and tongue in both sides counting about 15. I cant eat or even my own saliva give me pain also have some cold so i have to suffer so much kindly prescribe something

Ulcer is a Discontinuity or break of oral epithelium...
It is caused due to several factors like stress,accidental hiting while brushing,viral infection,gastric disturbances,anxiety,iron deficiency anaemia,vitamin B12 deficiency etc....
