Hi Halitosis is mainly due to excessive deposits of tartar.First go ahead with complete scaling and if requires deep sub gingival (gum)cleaning too. Take chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly at night. Kindly check with general physician for gastric acidity issue too.As a home remedy, take big amla fruit daily once . Visit your nearby dentist ASAP.
