According to your symptoms there may ulcers on your tongue.. visit a dentist for proper treatment

Get a dental check up to diagnose if there is any ulceration or inflammation in the mouth. Your dentist will advise you accordingly. If there is ulceration you can apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area
