Butter milk and curd is not working for me Sometimes I feel bloating and full I am athelete so want to take care of my gut health So I want add probiotic supplement for daily use Can I buy from Amazon (BOLDFIT PROBIOTIC 30BILLION CFU with 100mg PREBIOTIC IN IT) OR anyone can suggest me good PROBIOTIC for daily use ?
