Whenever i eat something i have urge to bowel movement. But when i go there is no stool. But in morning and in Evening my stomach get cleaned. Why i have too many urges

I am getting little bit of pain in the left side of stomach and sometimes heartburn though i am under medication

Hi doctor, I am 29 yr old, I have pain in my stomach and very much gas, due to this my appetite is also reduces , it's about 2.5yr now. The urge of passing stool is also their but more of gas. Feels heavy abdomen. I feel like not eating anything. I don't eat spicy or outside food.
