Having bitter taste in my mouth and epigastric pain sometime headache and neck pain nausea felt acid in mouth

I am unable to pass whole stool clearly in one time. I have to go 3 to 4 times in morning. 1st pass of stool is hard... Then 2nd and 3rd are soft. Lastly stool is liquid with foam like substance with it.. Stool has solid food particles also in it.. My stool habit and its structure has changed suddenly one month ago and also have 6kg weight loss.. Which I am unable to gain to my normal Weight though eating 4-5 time a day with fruits and juices (a healthy diet) From 20 days feel tired..
