My S. bilirubin total is 1.63   I want to know that what should I do? Join dish hone ke pahle se hi  mera digestion bahut week hai. Thairoid and IBS ki desease bhi hai. I always avoid oily spicy, sour, sweet, junk and fast food. And I am also taking stress relief medicine.

I am currently on medication for past 2 year my medicine are 1:vogo 0.2mg 2:olmesar CH40 3:pantocid dsr 4:Rosave C(Rosuvastatin&clopidogerel capsule) 5:supradyn(multivitamin) Since last 10 day i am facing heavy gastric problem and lots of burp(dakaar) continuously I went for doctor they change Pantocid dsr to 1protera D(tab) 2:liofen 10 for 5 days 3:selfet O suspension Things were good for 5 days but after my tablet(liofen 10)get exhausted. Same gastric problem reappear Q1 should I continue taking liofen 10??? Q2 what can be the reason??

Dear Sir/Madam, I am having a severe bloating issue, slight bit of heart burn. Constipation prblm as well. Kindly suggest me.

From 20 days I'm suffering from these problems... Whenever I eat something I started vomit, and feeling like I ate lots of things ... My diet has very less... I have lots of investigation and treatment but not get fully recovered... vomiting is less now but whenever I eat something I feel that my stomach is over fulled..like I feel I overeat ... And very hard to burp ..

Its been more than a month every monring as i wake up my stomach gets bloated and gassy and then i have to go to washroom and my stool is bot all liquid but its mushy and shapeless. I go to washroom once a day . I have taken rifagut, cefpodoxime, and metrogyl but nothing worked. I am really tired and scared of this now.

No matter what am i eating but my body weight is not gaining. I am 21 and my weight is 40. If i eat more dry fruits and take protien rich food acne and scars comes on my face and body.

I recently got diagnosied with bacterial infection in Small intestines. Will that affect my immunity and make me more vulnerable for black fungus? What are the food items I need to avoid or I need to take for this infection?

It feels like a muscle from my belly button to anus just stretches and it's just a sharp pain which goes away in a while happens 2-5 times yearly.
