Gas and slight pain
I am having gas issues since few days which includes burping frequetly, acid refulx, sometimes pain in the belly area..though the pain is not severe i feel bit discomfort and in night i have burining sensation in stomach ..so i avioded eat food at night ..i eat vegetables or fruits ..and i am currently using pan D 40 mg tablet once in a day and limce tab for vitamin C ..I drink 3 liters a water daily which makes me urniate more times in a day .no pain in urniation on most days ..but last week on sunday i experienced pain in urnie passing where i didnt drink much water and ate lots of spicy food and forgot to take PAN D. CAN you please suggest if this abrupt pain which i get is due to medications or food or anyother thing.

Avoid eating fruits and vegetables without properly cleaning them Don’t take Tab Limcee ie Tab Vit C on an empty stomach Cap Esoz D one cap per oral once daily CBC, CRP LFT KFT Stool R/E Get urine for routine urinalysis and culture and sensitivity done If the urine is acidic , use an alkaliser like Citrosoda one sachet in a glass of water If there is a growth in urine culture and sensitivity, Take appropriate drugs like Monural one sachet in a glass of water once only

Drink two glasses of water before retiring in bed Take Digene gel 2 Tad( 30 ml) Practise yogic asanas which affect the Manipur chakra Like Surya namaskar if there is no gastric ulcer on Upper GI endoscopy

Stop limcee tablet, Avoid spicy food, Stop pan D and take only tab pan instead on empty stomach Avoid spicy food, Visit surgeon if problem persists
