Hi i have throat pain and slight fever of 99.2. i consulted doctor and gave azithromycin 5 days course. My covid test is negative. My 1st day dose is fine and 2nd day i m having loosing motions and mucous .my throat pain reduced and temp is normal. Can I stop azithromycin?

Hello, I have perianal abscess which is healing now. Currently, I am taking pan 40, metronidazole 400 BD, Lizoforce 600 BD since last 3 days. Yesterday, i had taken duphalac syrup and for which, today i got 4 times bowel movements. I noticed some dark stool with yellow. Is it because of antibiotics ? Should i take any prebiotic probiotics capsule ? Currently, i have Enbios capsule with me. I am worried about that dark brown stool and i have no other symptoms like pain, vomiting. I already have gastric issues before. Please advice me accordingly what should i take. Thank you.

I am getting acid reflux regularly, so, I will wait for 2 hours after food before taking bed.  Eating jangunree to neutralize acid regularly .   I am Unable to increase my weight because if I eat more I feel acid reflux. 1 year ago doctor suggested some medications for treating h .pylori infection .
