Having random stomach pain 2-3 times a day which goes off after passing gas from last 3 days.

In every person Normally gas will be formed and releases at the time of passing stools or some other also.
But if the gas is more it might be because of bacterial imbalance which should be corrected after discussion with the paitent.
To look for his food habit and daily life style. So consult a gastroenterologist. Nowadays online consultation are also available. Even we also do it
