It's been 36 hours since I got the COVID vaccine. I don't have any side effects other than tiredness. Can I have grilled chicken ?

Next days loose stool color changed to brown 3rd day has no sticky and grease stool just yellowish loose stools not water 3rd night I ate two slice of plain bread again problem started please doctors explain me what's is this problem I'm so worried about this and lost weight around 7 to 8 kgs in 30 days taking liquids and curd rice
