My father is suffering from acidity..he develops acid two to three days in a week even after taking pan 40. He eats light food. But he is a smoker. 1 year ago he has been diagnosed with antral gastritis..his blood test reports of cbc, ureah, creatinine, lft, diabetes all are normal. He has no history of weight loss..

Pls suggest me test for detect accurate stomach canncer rather than endoscopy ???????????????????????????

I go to my relatives house for 1 week , where i eat every time paranthas instead of chapati , on different differnt time , there is no schedule of eating . when i come back home i feel some stomach pain whenever i take pantocid dsr it will give relief but after some time pain come again . then i go to nearest medical and take medicines for a week , then i feel normal but after some time i thinking that my stomach is aching after that my stomach is aching and whenever i think my stomach is aching . Now the problem is i am thinking or whenver i eat outside food my stomach is like blowing or someone is putting air in my stomach . please suggest me treatment i am 23 years old. my whole life ahead. Can i have to suffer this whole life whenever i eat outside food my acidity problem will start ? it dont have any solution ?

Having gastric pain, acidity, heartburn, vomiting tendency, fever and chills since 2 days. Took omez D before meals but no effect.
