It's been 20 days since I got infected with covid. I am having loose motion daily after taking meal. Is it normal?

Accidently put rotten/bad smelling frozen peas in fried rice and ate it. Later on realised the pungent smell was from frozen peas. Hi, My mother aged 51 has been suffering with stomach gas problem from many years. She is getting loud Farts, loose stools, burning throat whenever she eat spicy food.
