Sir,madam I have gallbladder and kidney stone problem so I have taking medicine for it...but now I am stopped medicine after  taking covid 19 vaccine...now shall I continue the medicine???

I have been dealing with jaw pain under the ear lobe and neck pain for an year now. Have seen ENT, OMFS and no definite diagnosis. I have throat pain and feel of Something stuck in throat and feel like poking through. Saw a second ent in April to get an opinion about jaw,neck pain.He did nasal scope and noticed some redness. He said it could be reflex. I never had reflex issues before. He mentioned that erythema and edema of post cricoid area in the nasal scope. Told me to take tagamet medicine for reflex for 2 or 3 weeks. He said this is not relevant to my jaw and neck pain and asked me to check with someone. I took tagamet on and off. I still have that sensation in the throat. Last week I used new bottle of mouth wash(same brand which I used before). I noticed redness, mild swelling under tongue.took ibuprofen for 2 days. Redness reduced but Swelling still there. Also, have more burning sensation/sore in throat and tongue upper side. Underside of tongue is greyish.is this GERD?

Can sludge and  in the gall bladder cause increase in post meal sugar level for non diabetic person and back pain around ribs Can removal of gall bladder helps in these problem

Hi doctor, I have been suffering from bloating issue since 2015. I consulted with gastroenterologist in 2018 and took endoscopy. The impression was '42 CMS LAX LES'. I do not know what does it mean. I took medicine for about two weeks and stopped it. For two years nothing happened to me and l was fine. During this lock down time I was taking excessive alcohol. Now l suffer severe bloating problem. Passing excessive gas, digestion is irregular. But there is no pain or burning sensation anywhere in my stomach all these years. Please explain what is LAX LES and how to cure it.

I have tested h pylori positive when have done with endoscopy in august last year and had antibiotics and that had been cured for a while the symptoms back then were persistent cough and bloating and continuous burps with reflux. now again it started i don't know the diet and i now these symptoms are back again please guide me on the same.

Apart from consuming air while eating and drinking, what causes excessive gas production in stomach? I know gas is produced while digestion takes place. But is there any other way that gas is produced? I have been suffering from bloating issue for about 5 years. Should l worry about any organ damage in my stomach? But l never felt any kind of pain or burning sensation anywhere in my stomach all these years. I consulted with gastroenterologist and took two endoscopy in different years. The result came that my stomach was healthy. But why do l still get bloating problem?

After I have my meal my stomach gets bloated heavily every time and do hear some rumbling noises as well.I do often am facing gas problem these days.Bloating is so much to an extent that I could feel my shirt tighten up near abdominal area.Its been 3 month like this Let me know what to do.How should I get rid of this problem?

I feel ache in the between stomach and abdominal area, irritation in the stomach, intermittent hard and loose stools. Usually 3 or 4 times a day Feels irritated if not went for stool.
