Blood in stool
I am 30 yr active man with 75 kg weight , today I found blood in my stool at morning , blood was bright red in colour and comes at the end of stool, and I feel irritation after passing stool in my abuse areae just like burning sensation. This happened last yrs also. I am having gas issues also , and moreover when I pass the stool I put pressure and it feels pain and looks like something cutting in the anus however rest moment are easy but starting is painful. Last yr I visited doctor and he told piles is not there or may be it's a starting of it. What to do plz suggest Best
