Hi doc, i generally have heartburns and it goes away after eating digene chewable tablet. is it okay to take 1 tablet daily, or should i take pan d instead. which is better for regular usage

Sir/mam Since last 7 days I am suffering constipation which resulted swelling near the anus , it is very painful and the swell and pain increasing by the time . Also feeling feverish and dizziness. Please do suggest Ajeet

I had a laparascopic surgery for rendure appendix on 26 may and I had a drain for two days I had a pain on my abdomen then ultrasonic scan was taken the say it's is fine and I discharge on 2 Jun still I have a mild pain moving on my abdomen

Hello, My aunt had back to back c-section deliveries approx 28yrs back. Since from that time she has digestion problem, visits latrine 4-5 times a day. Complains about stomach ache during cloudy environment. Doesn't have food because of fear of gastric problem. Her health is deteriorating because of this. Can anyone please help with primary assessment.

There is 24hrs acidity in chest, after milk products and som vegetables (cant find which) stomach se chest mei , from left side right side,even sometimes it pains too much like pinning along with breathing in or out.

I had ceaserian delivery 2 months ago,in 9th month i had painless piles...after delivery piles starting paining a lot now doctor told i have fissure also ...there is swelling type around anus and also skin tags also..i dont have constipation and leaving healthy lifestyle ..i am using anorelief and anovate...it pains itches and burns a lot after passing stool and take many hours..i do sitz baths also and taking homeo medicine also..no use still pains a lot..
