I am suffering from piles, since 3 years. Need to know about my problem and it's solution and teatment

Hi... I have acidity from past 1 mnth and sometimes feel tightness in jaw and tonsils area... Why this happens and pls suggest treatment...

My mother often faces gas problem in a day. Whenever she drinks water or eat some gas making food she faces problem. The problem became more frequent few weeks back when she had some paracetamol tablets. Although she was not COVID positive. She often feels that gas got struck in stomach, chest or Neck. Some time a vomit which comes upto neck but slips down again type feeling is also felt. Kindly suggest what to do?

Does irritable bowl syndrome cause weight loss?? frequent diarrhea acid reflux happening diarrhea getting cured after having meds again after month or so its coming back full abdominal usg all ok liver function test is al ok

Below my lelf rib their is little bit of pain or uneasy feeling all through the day.Already take Pan D last five days morning in empty stomach but no so much improvement.Also take Digine tab twice daily after meal but no such improvement over their.Nights are also very oweful not having sleep as  i am facing the issue.Right now taking just boiled meal like Rice, papayas etc.Please suggest some medicine.

From last 3 to 4 months there is a issue with stomach stool is not pushing out properly in the morning. When she take medicine cremalax 10 mg at night then next day 2 to 3 times she able to paas stool. This is happening from last 3 to 4 months.

Dear sir /madam My husband was recently detected high triglycerides.he is suffering from severe stomach pain below ribs too. Kindly suggest how to lower the cholestorl and what diet to be taken. He has some pancreatic problem too. Currently doing walking Kindly suggest how much quantity of walnuts to be taken per day. Plz hope I will get an helpful answer Some studies says eat 8-10walbuts. Some says eat only 2.does eating walnuts increase weight??

Dear sir I have jaundice in past 20 days. Today test bilirubin the level is 2.1 so what to do sir pls kindly help

Sometimes nausea in early morning, chest burning, sometimes fatigue, and stomach fullness feeling . No temperature but feeling feverish.

Little heaviness in head, gas coming out from upper side. My haemoglobin level is also fluctuating. At Present 10.3 . Feeling little heaviness in ear area some times. No stomach pain . Also not having any burning sensation of acidity. But Having Constipation . Going 3-4 times a day. Passing stool not very hard.
