Having liver cirohsis deaseas water in belly and  stomach getting bigger day by day and patient also having gastric and digestion problem so my request to you dr plz give me suggestion how to recover my father health and what medicine is mandatory for his health

My mom 47 years old suffers from gerd from the past 5 years. 1 week ago she complained of pricking sensation next to  belly button it comes & goes away . It was not there for 3-4 days but again since yesterday she is getting pricking sensation once in an hour . She is also burping continuously. Can gerd cause pricking sensation? How to relieve her symptoms?
